encompasses several entities owned by Tom and Bonnie McCloskey and their
family, including the Kealia
Kai development and Cornerstone
Holdings based in Aspen, Colorado. Its mission is to develop projects
and businesses responsibly, steward the land, and leave a positive,
lasting legacy.
Tom McCloskey
In the development community, Tom has been formally recognized as an environmentally concerned steward of the land and has served on planning councils on the mainland. As the former chairman of Horizon Organic Dairy (NASDAQ: HCOW), the world’s largest organic dairy company, Tom is an advocate for sustainable organic agriculture. He serves as chairman of Kona Blue Water Farms, LLC, an open ocean fish farm that will use innovative technology to raise high-value Kona Kampachi™. Tom volunteers with the Advisory Council of University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza college of Business, and the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, where he has lectured on Business Ethics.
Bonnie McCloskey
Bonnie McCloskey
is a Partner of Cornerstone Holdings, LLC. She has extensive experience with civic groups, having served as Director or Trustee for 16 organizations. Bonnie has recently been named as Trustee to The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii and is currently a Trustee of Sweet Briar College, a founding member and past Chairman for the Aspen Center for Integral Health, and a Founder/Co-President of the Roaring Fork Friends of the Women's Foundation of Colorado and a Board member of the Women's Foundation of Colorado. She holds a B.A. from Sweet Briar College as well as an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

have been married for 37 years and have four children. They reside in
Kaua`i, San Francisco and Aspen.
